We're having trouble with our Riso KS 800 Dulicator. The display is E-3. Pls help me to fix this problem.

Are you sure it's not a KIP?

nop...its riso ks 800...all function is disabled and the display on screen is E3.

Try to focus on the clamp unit and where its direct contact to the drum. The problem is when the clamp arm goes down it is stocked. open the panel on top of it and observe whats going on.
