    frost ink????

    hi...i want ask is the cool air which coming from the air conditioner in the office makes the ink inside the machine clogged or frost?some techs said that...i wonder?is that possible experts?

    i do not think so, ink will be frosted only in extreme cold weather like degree under 5C. or maybe lower.

        Run into it many times when machines are on delivery truck overnight or if a warehouse power had been oit overnight during the winter. Machine will collect condensation and freeze, which causes very faded prints and/or error codes. You would thusly need to thaw the machine out before normal operation would resume.
