[Misc] Ricoh priport jp1210 wont scan on b4/legal size original

Hi Everybody,
Good day, i have a Ricoh Priport JP1210, i have 2 problems at the moment, the first problem is, it wont scan in b4/legal size original, it will scan on in A4 size original, is somebody knows how to fix this problem? or is there a simulation so that i can scan in B4 size original? The second problem is if i am going to copy on A4 size bond paper there is black strip at the back of the copy?

1: The 1210 is a A4 only machine.

2: the black line is probably caused by ink getting on the Pressure roller Under the Drum maybe the drum is leaking ink?

Hi Sir,Good day, regarding the excess ink on the pressure roller, my theory is that, maybe it came from the size of the paper that we are using, we are using LETTER SIZE paper which is 8.5"x11", compare to A4 size which is a little bit longer than Letter size, i have 2 of these machine with the same problem.Thank you very much.Cesar
