One PCB below Drum has broken. IF you want to fix this problem you have to change PCB.
However you can temporary use by using TEST MODE to clear error: go to test mode then press 110 start, 111 start then press Reset key for 5s.

The code states "defective RF PCB (unsuccessful initial communication with RF PCB)". Try turning off the riso, then turning on while holding the reset key. Also try resetting the drum unit and master making unit. Good luck.

Thanks for the info guys. Problem solved with the replacement of the RF Tag PCB.

this error code appear on ez 220.
this can be solve by using this test mode?

where is that PCB. is the inside the the drum?

Yes, the ink one is inside the drum. The other is in the master making unit. Ink tubes and master rolls have a RF tag on them that the RISO reads for specific characteristic of each. If the RISO can't read either then it can make changes based on that information. Get yourself the service manual and part manual so you can see what it's going to take to get at either. But a simple test would be try a different drum if you got one. Honestly you should have a spare with how old the machine getting. Good luck.
