    RZ 390 master loading issue

Master is not been fed fully towards the clamp plate. Only about 4 cm is fed out. Tested master load pulse motor and in test mode it works fine. Any suggestion on how to correct issue?

Holding down the "Reset" key while turning on the machine sometimes helps.

Nothing happened when I held down the reset button while powering up Riso.

What does the Riso do when the master fails to feed? Any error codes? does it happen every time?

The error code that is displayed is A16-525. Master has already been removed and load is in process but the master is not fed out sufficiently under the clamp.

That code says "waiting for the master to be removed from the print cylinder". My guess is the master removal sensor is dirty or master stuck under the clamp/ on the felt of the drum.

Re: RZ 390 master loading issue

Troubleshooting the master feed issue is crucial. Since the master load pulse motor functions correctly in test mode, focus on the physical components. Check for any obstructions in the feed path and ensure proper alignment. If the problem persists, seek quantitative analysis homework help to employ a systematic approach in diagnosing and resolving the issue. Expert guidance can provide insights into the quantitative aspects of troubleshooting, enabling a more accurate and efficient resolution to the problem at hand.
