Wiered Problem in Riso ks800!!!!!!!!!

Hi to all

i have problem in riso ks800 , when i turn switch On and make paper in scanner ! when i pressing start the scanner doesn't pull the paper and the machine block and does not move anything !

What is the problem and do you have any one have idea !

when you load the document feeder, does it indicate that there is paper there?
have you tested the sensor to see if it works?
did you check the clutch/motor for the paper feed?
what have you done to this point?
are you referring to the service manual?

i have cleaned all the sensors but nothing!! when i put document and ^pressing start Nothing moves!!!

There must be some kind of code that prevents the machine to make a master. are there red lights on the panel? can you manually rotate the drum with the lever?

There is No red flash At the Panel , but when i rotate the Clamp motor sometimes that scan half paper And displaying up E003

i have cleaned all the sensors in the calmp motor section But without reslut

Have performed 64 on testmode? maybe its time to replace the clamp unit.

yes i did changed the clamp motor section but without result!

have you checked all the sensors and feed unit of the master section?
are you sure it is feeding out the master?

problem resolved i found that the Clamp motor Does't rotate when i pressing start Button.
