We have a customer that has a Duplo 43S duplicator and when they go to add new ink cartridge it keeps asking them to install.They had a rep. come out 2 times from the dealer they bought it from and still the same problem. I took a look at the unit for them and i cant even find any type of sensor or switch that the ink would activate. You have to repeat the process about 10 times before it accepts the ink. They are using OEM ink from there dealer. I service there copiers and am doing this as a favor to them, any ideas?. Thanks for responce.
