[Jamming] GR3770 "paper jam on drum" error occuring with nothing on drum

As the title says really. Nothing in the machine. It prints one sheet, which comes out printed fine, but then gives the error and stops printing.

Never had this before in years of owning the machine. Any ideas?

Are you printing something that has a lot of ink on the lead edge of the print? That can sometimes cause the paper to stick to the drum for one revolution, the paper will come out fine after that, but the machine will register a drum wrap jam.
