riso rz 390 error code : p19 206

i have a riso rz 390 , today i turn on the machine the screen message p19 206 how to solve the problem,i would appreciate for the people who give the advice and recomendation for this

Error in the thermal pressure motor. Try turning off, hold the reset key while turning on. If that doesnt clear it, pull out the master making unit, open and close the master making unit, listen and look to see if the print head moves up and down. If its not or making a horrid noise I would suppect a gear in the pressure assembly has broken. Replaced several in past few years. Youll need a certifed Riso tech or be willing to buy some manuals and find somewhere to order the parts from.

in normal condition master feed forward the master position sensor will detect the master and move back a little bit ready for master making , but my machine i did not feel the master move forwad to master position sensor and move backward , master ready procedure are short ,and no noise heard the screed message is p19 207
i try press reset at power up , no use
shall i check test code 480 for cutter motor 1 cycle motion or test code 403 for cutter blade home position or test code 404 for stop position --
or test code 481 thermal pressure motor action (down )-----482 (up)
i try to find in menu 1. cutter motor position
2. Tph motor rotate check CW , CCW direction

Id start with thermal pressure motor tm 460 & 461, cw & ccw.

you are right : sensor no response ,because it (sensor)does not rotate ,thermal pressure motor assembly
the gear with thermal pressure sensor is broken
before i took out i found plastic debris and then take out upper unit and found gear broken
i need to find the parts
