Riso GR2710 Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi to all

i have Riso GR2710 i cannot printing and at time when i turn power On all Buton in panel does't commad and i see led of master flashing !:

i have cleaned all sensors and Master section but without result , The following image shows the problem IMG592.jpg

Have you reset the machine by holding down the "Reset" key while turning the machine on, and continuing to hold it down until the initializing motor sounds get quieter? That will take care of a lot of mystery problems if there are problems with the environment or the electric utility. Although you probably should only do that once per problem.
Also, you might want to make sure that the covers that you need to open and close to replace the master roll are in good shape.

C42 is replace master roll message. If the roll has been replaced recently then try resetting the master material under the green master feed. Make sure master making unit is closed completely. Good luck.

Please , how can i Entre to the TEST MODE i tryed much time to pressing PHOTO/LINE and M bouton with P bouton but witout result please i want clear explain

You do not need to enter test mode, rewind the master material, turn off the riso, hold the resest button down and turn on. Read some older posts, they give the same info.

Please explain to me why you need in test mode for a end user error code? Or is there something else you're not talking about here. Im willing to help but I need more info as to why. And if you need in that bad, buy a manual. I bet Manuals4you can sell ya one.
