margin problem

i have a problem with riso gr2710,

as you see above, The top of the paper is crashed

You might make sure the machine is in time.
You might also check the pressure solenoid adjustments, and make sure the pressure solenoid wiring isn't broken.
Hopefully it isn't the guide roller being worn out, as since Riso doesn't make those anymore that would be a tough problem to overcome.
