    Riso RC 6300

I intend purchasing a Riso RC 6300 with red, green and blue drums... What are the pros and cons of this machine?

Buy something newer. 6300 is 20 years old.

If the machine works well and you can get it for free, and you have a place to dump it when it has a problem and you find that parts are no longer available, go for it. Otherwise, run away, that machine is far too old.
That's a shame, too. The RC line was pretty good back in it's day, which was in the '80s.

Yep that!!! A 6300 was considered OLD when I started working on them 16 years ago.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

What is the print meter at? If it is very low you will probably get a good amount of use out of it. If it already has a high copy count you will probably need replacement parts that will be hard to find not far down the road.
