    CR1610 not align

Attach are original and copy sample. All gears are align and still copy shows a leading edge difference of about 7mm from original. Tried adjustment for shrinkage and elongation but no difference. Any idea how to correct such problem?

Since that machine doesn't have platten glass- is it late going through the ADF or is the reg off? Run some internal test prints and see where they start on the page. We used to remove the ADF sep page completely because of poor or late feeding. It meant the customer could only run one original at a time but they didn't care. Otherwise look for write roller start position adjust in TM. Sorry I don't have this manual around anymore.

Hey idfrepairs, it looks like thre is a reduction on the copy, hence the line registration on the side of the copies. Check the reduction button on the control panel to ensure it's set to 100 % to stop the line appearing on the side.
      Hope this helps,

      Richwalker.
