Rex rotary 1224

Duplicopier Rex Rotary 1224 needs ink ,we do it unfortunatly ink flag steals appeared on kyboard,,i check for the ink motor ,it works correctly.....the probleme still exists.
So ,i ask for suggetions......thank for all of you.

open the metal screen look if the toner detector pin has ink on it. clean the drum unit.

Tell the customer they needs a new drum then Scrap the machine.............

We have same model when making a print order ,it does not stop till all the paper in the tray is out

please let us know what makes such a problem??
