Scanner flatbed error. Timeout error for receiving the risograph scanner command.

1. try turning off, then on.
2. hold reset down while turning on.
3. check wiring harness to scanner, unplug, plug. Pinched wire, loosen wire tires or remove them.
4. get tech manual.

Thanks so much! It seemed to work when I switched it on and off with the reset button pressed.
Could you tell me where I could get a service manual for this machine?

Hi,i have problem with RN 2530AS.
When i turn ON this machine,display show T98-005.
When i push * key, its show T98-005 & T14-160
Any ideas?
