The Masters on the drum are all ragged at the tail end.
I tried manually moving the cutter blade across the master material.
It pushed the master material to the left and bunched up instead of cutting through it.
I wonder if the cutting blade wheel is dull or what ever is directly under it is out of position.
Any insight on this? I slid some card stock through the master feed section and manually cut that with no problem. I did notice there is less tension on the right side of the master feed roller where the cutter first contacts the master material than on the far left side. Could it be that there's not enough tension to start the cutting process? If so I don't see a way to increase or even up master material tension.
I have the parts manual but it doesn't show how the cutter works.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Dana Lewis
