[Electrical] Gestetner Duplicator 5375 ADF message

hi to all

i have Gestetner Duplicator 5375 desplaying ADF IS OPNED but the adf is closed , i have checked and replaced NEW SWITCH FOR ADF but without reslut and machine still desplaying the message!!!!

can anyone help me!!

you are sure the left door of ADF is closed there ...try controlled ....

yea ADF is closed but message still appear and i relpaced new ADF SWITCH but nothing

If you're sure that you're checking the right switch then check the continuity of the wires from the switch to the adf control pwb. If the wires are good then you probably have a bad board. Have you checked the switch in inputs or with a meter to see if it is changing states?

thank u friends i have fixed the first problem , but the machine have secand problem when i start copying clamps does't not opened and machine blocked and desplaying master err , please how can i know the clamp motor , and how to check it in the SM i have not the manual!!



please help me
