My GR 3770 has had a stroke...

When I turn this unit on I get what you see in the attached picture. I tried a reset and I replaced the entire front control panel assembly and still get the same thing. None of the buttons will function. The copy count comes up with 519 every time. Any suggestions?

I checked the battery which was fine but I swapped it out to be sure. I left the main PCB disconnected over night but it didn't help so I swapped it out... No Change. I have swapped out the Image Processing PCB and the Motor Control PCB. My next swap will be the Power Supply PCB. Any other suggestions?

            Turn OFF machine
Release that IC ROM with sticker "RH/v2.11" for while then put it back again.
            How?

I've been gone for a while but I'm back and working on this machine again. I removed the IC ROM for about an hour and changed the Power Supply PCB. No change.
