    [Jamming] Rico 390rz

Hi, thanks in advance for your time. My riso 390rz is not feeding constant, I clean the paper sensor, also the sensor under the timing roller and I cleaned the clutch area same with the rubber feed roll, mean feed area, if I run at reg speed is jam after 3 or 4 sheets but blowing some areas around feed area I run at minimum speed and running well some jam after 100 or more, any advice

First of all, the easy stuff: make sure the green lever in the paper feed area is set to the normal setting to the left, and that the arrow on the green dial is pointing at the triangle stamped into the metal plate. (While it isn't likely to help, you could try resetting the machine by holding down the reset key while turning the machine on because it is easy and it could help. Do that only once, though.)
If that is OK and the machine continues to misfeed, sounds like the feed rollers and separation pad need to be replaced.

Iowatech is right, but would add that the cores the feed tires go on may need replacement, especially if they are original RZ cores that RISO tech noted to replace.

      Good luck.
