Riso rp3700 info

We are runing small print shop we are thinking of buy riso rp 3700.

Can risograph use ordinary offset ink?

What do you think about this machine?

Any information are wellcomed

RP's are obsolete (released 2001) and I would rather work on a Z any day. Half the parts in them to break and still run run run. RP's were over complicated for the tech's and end users.
CQ looked great on them, being 600x600. But when things break they usually break bad.
