    Riso cz100 quality problem

    hi to all

    i have problem bad quality in riso cz100--

    i have cleaned the drum 3 time but no result , i cleaned too the termal head , i changed many type of ink (used only original ink ) but without result!

    the next pictures show more the problem

    Well, that isn't a master making problem, otherwise the master in the picture would be uniformly coated with ink.
    If you can get several hundred sheets of paper and run them through the machine it might help if the drum was just set up incorrectly (Riso recommends that you run at least a ream of paper through the machine when setting up a new drum to make sure the ink is properly distributed throughout the printing surface of the drum). That's what it looks like to me.

      i have printed over 280 pages with this master but all of them are in poor quality!!! the drum surface is not fully black

        What does the area around the ink pump look like? I hope this isn't the case because it can be pretty messy, but it sounds like there might be a flaw in there somewhere which lets air into the system.
