hi to all,

i'm quite new with risograph and the machine has an A34 218 error and based on the manual it says "request to resetting the master". number 3 is also lit but my problem is i can't pull out the drum unit nor the master because the green light won't turn on. both the drum unit and the master are locked.
please help.

Try holding the reset (yellow button) while turning on machine. That may clear the error to let you open the master unit. If not, then you will have too cheat the lock, screw driver into small hole under handle to unlatch while opening/ pulling out master unit.
