    Riso RZ 390 jamm

    Need help have error. J08 jam. I change tire and strip pad and also I clean paper sensor is running in slow speed one, but when I increase the speed is jam ? Someone say I need to change the cloutch what do you think is true. I have the service manual thanks.

    J08 is jam on drum. But the only path sensor between the tray and drum is the one before the drum. If it never tries to pull then yes try a solenoid. Make sure your sensor is in correct position under the timing rollers as well.
    I'd be happy to come out and wipe off your dirty glass. One question however, do you also pay someone to come out and wipe your dirty ...

      Can you provide a picture of what you are trying to print? Because it kind of sounds like you are trying to print something with a lot of ink on the leading edge.

          RISO came out with a tech note on the feed cores failing. The old one part #023-12306 on it. New #021-14302.
          Those cores can give you all kinds of jams.
