    error P98-934

    I have this error P98-934 on a Riso CZ100
    how do i do a memory reset or a total reset anyone who can help please

      You can try the reset, power off, hold the reset key while turning on. But this may not fix the problem, as the drum RF reader and the main board are not communicating. The RF pcb inside the drum may need replacing.

          thanks for the reply , it ended up being a faulty ink cartridge tag
