[Error Code] RISO RP 3700 A04-303 - Master Won't Eject

    Hello,

I am having an issue with one of my RP 3700 drums. It is only my blue drum as my other drums work fine. But when I use this blue drum it doesn't want to eject the master. I always get an error message that the master won't eject and I need to pull out the drum and remove manually. It says this is error code A04-303. I have checked all my plastic collars on the drums and none of those seem to be the issue. Any thoughts or suggestions for this issue are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Since it's only effecting one drum, I feel like it has to be the position of the projection plate collar. I have had this problem if it is even slightly in the wrong position - it's a really subtle problem.

I've read that as well. I heard bending it slightly can fix the issue but I'm unsure how to bend it. Were you able to fix your issue with this?

      Thanks for the reply!
