Ricoh DX4640PD Power Supply Board

Wondering if anyone knows where might find a C2695320 power supply board. Machine will turn on work a little then turn itself off no codes, so assuming power supply but getting it is proving difficult. I asked Hytec and they tried get from Ricoh said not have, so I called Ricoh also said that plus not showing getting again which I find strange for not that old a machine. Is there anything else this crosses to or any ideas on where I might be able get ?

Sorry, as I've seen it enough times on a variety of machines, I have to ask: is the entire power cord in good shape? Not only where it plugs into the wall but where it goes into the machine as well? You should also probably monitor the line voltage provided by the socket you have the machine plugged in to, too.

You have checked the AUTO Shutdown setting in the user tools isn't set to 1 minute or something like that?

Definitely not auto shut off, I have checked cords and outlet voltage steady. Machine completely turns off like you pulled plug out of wall. It will start up for few seconds to few minutes sometimes then just turn off. Trying get new power supply board from Ricoh who doesn't even know eta yet on being able get it. Seems odd since machine not all that old yet but having trouble getting the power supply. Hytec doesn't have way test this power supply so there not able repair it either.
