[Misc] envelope printing on riso

hope somebody can help, i print dl envelopes on riso rn 2550, works great, but after a few hundred, ink starts appearing on top edge of envelopes, any answers, apart from this, machine runs great.

The master is most likely getting torn. Either make a new master or after about 20-50 envelopes, tape the outline of the envelope on the master with scotch tape. I've seen two cases of envelopes make it on one master.
