when I started the machine for masting A4 then the machine displayed a message for open drum door and resolving master jamming but without repeating mastering , all thing works well through this operation
1- open the drum door then remove drum rail and push it again inside the machine and close door of it
2- turn off the machine
3- turn on the machine with service menu type: 080 start
4- turn off and turn on (reseting the machine)
5- open the master door remove master and then insert again it on the its roll
6- print the previous master formed before the error

It kind of sounds like there is a jamming problem in the master disposal area, maybe the belts that transport the master into the disposal tray are off their pulleys or broken?
