[Error Code] Error code s03-2011

Please,
I need help, I just bought a new Riso ComColor 9150, but I keep reading message on the touch panel saying: System Error code S003-2013, please can anyone tell me what the cause of this error and what should I do?

"The BP elevation motor was driven, but it did not stop in time"

check the BP upper and lower sensor. they are on a elevator guide behind the BP unit. They get loosen sometimes.

Thank you for your help, you're right I have noticed that one BP the rear left one has loosen I think I need to put it back, I mean, I will try to do so without touching the heads.

What does BP means ?
