This is a question regarding color ink. We have a new customer that ordered blue ink from us for their riso and when he received it he called and told us that the machine is telling him it's an incompatible cartridge. It turns out that the cartridge that he had was actually medium blue and not just blue. Is there a way to make the blue cartridge work in a medium blue drum? I know that the older model machines would accept any color if it was set up as a color drum but the newer ones i know have the chip on them....wasn't sure if there was a way to configure it to accept a different color or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
