Have you tried the riso reboot? Hold the reset button while turning on the machine. If that don't work, try reseating the drum.
    Good luck.

"yes I tried to reboot still the same, I also changed the drum."

What happened before this message occurred?

Did you have another drum to try? Or were you changing settings for this drum? Have you reseated connectors and cut tie wraps that may be pulling to tight? How about a broken ink hose that has oozed into the connection of the drum and machine?

I tried with other drums still same problem. I don't think the problem is with drum. The costumer has played with the service mode.... but he don't know what he did

I am not so familiar with RN type... is the any way to do factory rest?

ok I managed to solve the problem... by clearing error & user memory.

SM 080 : clear error status data
SM 081 : clear user memory

            It's runing again

Go to TM 70 and it should list any non-default items (modes that have been changed). Anything in the 580-592 area are in the drum. Go back and change them to the default value.

If you have a book you can read up on TM 81 and 82.
