[Error Code] Savin 3260dnp Master Eject Indicator

The light to empty the used masters is on and will not go off. There are no used masters in the eject box. Is there any was to disable the master eject sensor?

You could probably short the harness for the sensor but it would probably be wiser to just repair the cause for the sensor to report why it thinks the box is full. After the master has been ejected and the drum stopped at the master feed position, the pressure plate motor turns until the actuator on the pressure plate actuates the limit sensor. I would have a look at the pressure plate (the part that crams the masters down like the back of a garbage truck). This plate will have a piece sticking off of it at the front side that will fit into a photo interrupt sensor. If the actuator on the plate can not block the sensor, the machine deducts that the box is full preventing the plate from actuating the sensor. Make sure the plate is in good condition, the actuator on the plate is not broken, the sensor has not been dislodged, the sensor is clean and the harness to the sensor is in place. Also look for anything that would keep the plate from moving properly like a worn gear or plate motor malfunction.

To answer your original question, there is no switch or software setting to turn off the sensor that monitors the disposal box.
