Looping for help with Riso RC 6300 in southern Germany/Bavaria/Munich

Hello,
We just bought a good-price RC 6300 a few weeks ago and now it broke down.


Up to now it was always working good.


Our first question is if there is anybody close to Munich who can help us with advice and maybe spare parts.


I will try to describe our problems in a few days, but for now it would be great to get in touch with Riso experts in our area.
