Riso CZ 100 Ink Problem

I have a CZ 100 that started leaving ink in the tube and requesting replacement. I did the mod kit avaliable by replacing the inking nozzle. I did not have a jig so I could not do the firmware.....All was working fine for about two weeks or so but now i'm stuck with a machine that wont even regester a new ink cartridge.
The RF units and wires are okay...not so sure about the PCB.

Any suggestions ?

How are they storing their replacement ink supply? If it isn't with the ink bottles cap down, there's a chance that air is getting into the top of the bottles. The RFID on the bottles only record the amount of time the ink pump runs, no matter whether it is pumping ink or air.
It took us a while to figure that out when Riso started using RFIDs on the ink bottles back in the day, so I hope this helps.
