[Error Code] GR3750 Actuator Plate Needed; P.-F.-T. Part No 019-21514-006

I am getting the "Check Paper Feed Area" on a GR3750. The Paper Feed Actuator plate got bent up pretty bad when it was transported so it isn't making the switch (sensor?) connection.

I was able to remove the actuator plate and don't think I can bend back into shape. I have a piece of tape over the switch (sensor?) so I can test the machine but this is only temporary.

Can anyone point me to a used or new actuator plate here on the forums or online?
