KZ 30 (P01-521)

Good day!
What will I do to this error P01-521 of Risograph KZ 30 (p01-521 means "Position A sensor doesn't change even after after main motor activates for 1 drum rotation"... )
I had already checked and tested the position A and clamp sensor, I had already cleaned the encoder sensor and encoder disk and i also checked the connection wiring's in between the sensors, but still it is not enough to fix it. Can someone help me here? Thank You and more power!

I don't think the KZ series is available in the US, so I'm not sure how much this will help.
Still, you might try resetting the machine by holding down the "Reset" key and then turning the machine on. You should hold the key down until the sounds the machine makes during initialization get quieter.
Like I said, I don't know how much this will help, but the procedure has reset unexplainable error codes on every Riso I've ever worked on to some degree. It is even more effective if there has been a recent disturbance on the local power grid, such as an energetic storm or nearby construction that may have disturbed the utility lines in the vicinity of the machine.
