EZ 220 Wrinkle on master

Attach is picture of how wrinkle looks on print cylinder. Clean all rollers in master making unit but still wrinkle when master is fed on to print cylinder.

Any suggestion on what cause and how to solve.

I have had this same problem on a RZ370 but the crease on the master was much much worse. It was a major problem as most masters had the crease on them.

Try removing the master clamp on the drum and checking if the clamp is flat, also remove the tape on the edge of the drum screen (below the clamp) and refit the tape with the thinnest tape you can get. Make sure that the edge of the screen is smoothly fitted to the drum. Then refit the clamp.

I have a feeling that any small undulations in the clamp will cause creasing of the master.

Replacing the tape and fitting the clamp back snugly fixed the problem for me and I haven't had the problem since. touch wood!
