    [Jamming] Help GR3770 prints misaligned

I have problem with RISO GR3770

when printing on thicker papers it pull paper like 5cm and then stop and write paper jam on display, or if it pull paper, prints come out misaligned.
Any idea how to fix this?
I tryed turning 2 green rings in different possitions but that seams to have no effect.
Since Im new to this machine any help would be appreciated?

Just checked, 1st roller pulls the paper forward but then the other green roller is spinning but not pulling paper, it turns several times, if it pull paper 1st time it come out ok, but if it dont pull it in 1st attempt it comes out missaligned or dont come out at all, stays in tray and then the paper jam message apears.

If the heavier paper doesn't have a very smooth surface texture, start with the paper thickness lever in the normal paper position. One of the things the machine does when you use the thick paper setting is raise the paper supply a little further than the normal paper setting. If the paper has a rough surface texture, that can cause the friction between the sheets to be more than the machine can overcome.
Also, those rollers are supposed to be blue. If they have turned green you might want to consider replacing them.
