Hello,
I've been having this problem since a long time now, but I'm having either black (or colored) lines or white lines in images I scan from the glass plate (always worked like that) on my Riso RP3105ep. I tried resetting, cleaning the thermal head (which would be the obvious cause), tried scanning in as duo or as photo, at 101%, with less contrast.. I have the feeling that it mostly occurs with certain percentages of gray, so not in really dark images or full surfaces. It also is in different places depending on the image, even though I also have one small line that's always there on all drums at exactly the same spot (so that would be because of the thermal head). I've attached some examples. Any clue would be very much appreciated. Thanks for reading.
