    Standard Duplicators

Anyone here selling or servicing the Standard line of duplicators? What do you think? How's the support? What about all their finishing products? Binders, folders, cutters etc......

A Standard is a re-branded RICOH Priport, as is a Gestetner, Savin, Rex-Rotary, etc - almost any duplicator that is not a RISO or Duplo. A quick way to identify a RICOH or a clone built by RICOH is these units run / feed paper from right to left - Duplo and RISO feeds from left to right.

Steer clear of the RICOHs, stick with Duplo or RISO.

To those that will disagree: I do not work for, nor am I directly affiliated with any duplicator dealerships other than in an advisory or contractor capacity (I did my time with RISO Corporate 96 - 06), thus have no dog in this fight in regard to sales. I am a free agent that have clients that use all three of the major brand of duplicators - my opinion is based on service and unit longevity.
