I have a Gr1700 risograph printer with a Bright red ink drum that i picked up about 2 months ago. i basically cleaned the whole drum inside out and purchased a new ink tube that is an off brand ink. After using for awhile without any issue i started to get an c 63 error that would occur occasionally and then became constant. i checked all the connections from the drum to the machine as well as the switches under the tube (from fiddling around with them i found that having the 5th out of 6 switch on made the system read it as a color cylinder). Does anybody have any idea how to fix this or even just clear/override the error?
