Error code T96-972

Replaced Junction PCB; paper feed, then error T96-972 was displayed. Can anyone advised what can be causing this error?

More info please, make, model, why were you replacing pcb? The code says data not input, rev data storage area not initialized, this is from the RZ manual. Try reboot with holding reset key.

Riso mode is EZ-220. Replaced RF PCB due to error code T98-25.

After replacing RF PCB then T96-972 is displayed.

Which RF pcb did you replace? Ink or master? Recheck your connectors. Try turning on while holding the reset key until unit is done rebooting.

in test mode 9874 for protected area settings then 1193 1197 (or 1198)
