    Looking for a Copier/Printer Service Technician for Sales/Tech Support - DC Area




    We are currently in need of a self-motivated learners to join our inbound technical support and sales operation. This individual will field in bound calls, emails, and instant messages from customers looking for technical support, pricing, and product availability. Potential candidates will have 5+ years of repair service directly related to copiers or printers and understand how to read service manuals and enjoy resolving technical issues. We have a complete collection of technical documentation, as well as access to manufacturer training and certifications to help you build upon the knowledge you already have. This is a fun and rewarding job and never gets boring.
