About the Job
Our ideal candidate will be trained on Current as well as some older Canon, Ricoh , Kyocera and Color Models or at least some previous history in this field or a related field, who can provide service in a timely manner, while troubleshooting, repairing, networking and maintaining customer office equipment. We do service many brands of machines and have in house printer/scanner repairs as well.
Duties
On-site maintenance and repair of copier and multi-functional products in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Connect equipment to client networks for both printing and scanning and resolve computer / Network related issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requires valid driver's license, clean driving record and minimum levels of auto insurance.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of direct related experience.
Manual lifting up to 50 pounds.
Intermediate computer skills
Strong electro/mechanical skills or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management.
Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving.
Strong customer relations skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time.
