Why can't it say:
Job offering in Philippines,
Duties:
Experience:
Educations requirements:
Please send your resume to:
Please be advised that selected candidates will be required to provide copies of:
passport, certificates and whatever you, ultimately, want to see.

There is no way you need to see my passport and certificates, etc upfront, at least, this is unheard of.
Normally, resume should be enough, assume that it states the truth, select those that you like and and ask the rest of the docs later...

Sorry for your inconvenience to hear that from me, This is for urgent hiring as you can read my post is ready visa and you will be talked directly from employer for interview if this scam i will never be to post from this site, and we are still looking for the technician. Thanks
