    Looking for a Job as Copier Tech / IT in / near Hamburg, Germany

    Hey,

    i am looking for a new company that i can work for. My Apprenticeship in the company i work for currently ends on 19/01/2023 and they will not be able to afford a normal employees wage so they have to let me go.
    I am 21 years old, got most of my knowledge on konica/olivetti/kyocera devices.
    Can service the MFPs of mentioned brands.
    I am able to and feel coomfortable setting up and administrating Windows Domains / Networks in the Size of 1-50 Users, have inofficial training on kaspersky antivirus and Lancom UF Firewalls. (Have done trainings for both, just never was registered officially. I can setup and administrate Telephone Systems using Tiptel or Asterisk Telephonesystems.
    I have fundemental although a bit rusty programming knowledge in: HTML, PHP, Python, Javascript and C#

    I will happily provide more Information on request.
    I am also willing to move my workplace if there is no other way for me.

          Your company should be ashamed for letting you go out and not hiring you long-term. Period!

              Well if they dont have the money, there is not much they can do about that short-term. Although i dont completely believe that we dont have enough money tbh seeing what stuff is getting bought and how many customers we gain

                  I've never heard of a copier apprenticeship lasting that long. It makes me wonder if it was just a way to keep your pay down. Just speculation on my part. Good luck on your job search.

                      In germany almost every job you can do requires a apprenticeship with the typical length of 3 to 3.5 years. Some jobs have it down to like 2 years and if your company, the school you visit, and the trade guild approve you can shorten the length as well.

                          I had no idea. When I started in this business, we had 90-day evaluation period. It was sink or swim.

                              We go years between hiring but 90 days is a good enough period of time to know if someone can be a tech. Another 6 months to see if they are reliable.

                                  Who said they can't afford your wage? You really really have never trust HR or bosses bulshits
                                  You have to trust in yourself and believe me I have very good eye spotting good capable people without even seeing them.

                                      My Boss directly. I do believe it as they are not looking for another "full" tech but rather another guy who is down for that 3.5 years apprenticeship.
