Canon Business Solutions Field Service Managers are responsible for managing a team that services and supports specific business system products and services including: black & white and color printers and copiers, facsimile equipment, document management solutions and related software. If you have industry or service management experience, have an interest in technology and managing a team, this may be the position for you!
Your primary responsibilities as a Field Service Manager will be to manage a team of technical Digital Service Specialists who service and support Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list. Specific job duties will involve selecting, hiring and developing current and new technical representatives. Additionally, you will support the policies and procedures of the department and company. You will also be required to address and resolve customer issues to achieve total customer satisfaction.

- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years service experience in office technology industry
- Strong communication skills including the desire to develop and lead a team
- An interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Must have hands on Canon experience as well as recent Canon certifications
- Must also have a broad knowledge of products including digital and electromechanical technology
- Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and Oracle is preferred
