I am looking for a Xerox tech to service my Docucolor 12 on an as-needed basis. You must have access to the diagnostics software/cable and a source for reasonably priced parts.
For such an old unit, I really don't want to pay the Xerox $$$ rates but I am very reasonable about compensation. You can perform service anytime including evenings/weekends at your convenience. If you prefer, I can pay cash.
