OBM is currently looking to hire a Service Technician to work out of the corporate office in Toledo, Ohio. As an OBM Service Technician, you will serve business customers by installing and servicing SHARP systems and products for a diverse client base of commercial and/or private customers.
This position has the potential to move into a supervisory position.

Duties:
- Troubleshooting/testing and diagnosing equipment problems
- Repair of digital copiers/printers (both B/W and Color) and fax equipment
- Preventive maintenance
- Installing equipment, programming systems, and completing acceptance tests
- On-going compliance with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules
- Maintains records by documenting original system, upgrades, and repairs
- Updates job knowledge by completing re-certification; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
Skills/Qualifications:
If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:
- 2+ years of mid to high level technical knowledge gained through completion of copier/printer manufacturer training
- Ability to manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Operating Systems
- Team player with a positive, winning attitude
