Service Technicians at Ricoh South Pacific are the face of our company; ensuring the Ricoh experience for our Customers is positive as you maintain their photocopiers and printers! You will carry out our unique preventative maintenance program at our Client’s sites all over in South Pacific Islands, as well as repair any technical issues. This world-renowned technology and office automation company may sell big beige boxes for a living but this role is anything but boring! We are a market leader and are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST to come and join our team and hit the ground running! So who are you? A service legend, you are driven to succeed, can think on your feet, and are able to connect with our Customers. Experience and/or an understanding of operating systems and networks environments are essential.
You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will speak English and know how to drive.
